I know what it feels like to be stuck in your own head.
To look confident on the outside while quietly wrestling with fear, self-doubt, and the question:
How do I move forward when I don't have all the answers?
I've lived through seasons of layoffs, loss, financial challenges, career transitions, and uncertainty. I've known what it's like to feel stuck, alone, and even ashamed because I thought I should have it figured out by now.
And those experiences taught me something I now bring into my coaching:
Being stuck doesn't mean you're incapable.
Sometimes you simply need space to think. Someone to listen. Someone to ask the right questions. Someone who can challenge you without making you feel judged.
That's what coaching became for me.
My background in Human Resources gave me years of experience helping people navigate workplace challenges, change, difficult conversations, and leadership. But my heart has always been with the person behind the role—the capable person who is second-guessing themselves, the emerging leader who isn't sure how to navigate the expectations, or the person who knows they need to move but can't quite see the way forward.
That's why I coach early-stage leaders.
Because stepping into leadership can be messy.
You're learning how to set boundaries, delegate, give feedback, build trust, influence others, and have conversations you've never had before—all while wondering if you're doing any of it right.
My clients have described my coaching as “practical support and accountability,” a “supportive space” to gain clarity and strengthen confidence, and a place where I “listen, ask the right questions, and challenge” them “without making me feel judged.”
That's the kind of coach I want to be.
I don't believe you need someone to tell you what to do.
I believe you need someone who can help you see what you can't see on your own, uncover what's really driving your decisions, and turn insight into meaningful action.
Because clarity doesn't always come before the next step.
Sometimes clarity comes because you take the next step.
And confidence doesn't mean you aren't afraid.
It means fear doesn't get to make the decision.
That's why I do this work.
I help people get out of their own heads, navigate the messy middle, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and influence—even when the conversations are hard, the expectations are unclear, and they don't have all the answers.
